FDN is a Holistic discipline and we use functional lab testing by one of the top most certified labs in California to identify/assess Hidden stresses and malfunctions that become the underlying causes for several chronic health concerns.  Most of our longstanding health issues are related to our gut health and how we handle mental and emotional stresses. As an FDN, I will provide you with a step by step natural method that will be unique to your individual needs to achieve repeatable, consistent and successful clinical outcomes.

Here is how I work:

As an FDN/Functional Health Coach, my job is to act as a health detective as well as your health coach to guide you to facilitate the innate healing ability of your own body. This experience will be very different from a medical approach that is basically focused on symptom management alone. 

I offer a free discovery call to answer all your questions and concerns at first. I will send you the intake forms once you decide to work with me. We will discuss the option of functional lab tests once I look through the intake forms and your problems. 

I will guide you with the unique natural protocol and interpret the lab results to optimize your wellness. I will have a coaching session weekly, biweekly, or on a monthly basis to address all your needs. I don’t diagnose or treat anything specifically. I will be treating everything non-specifically and holistically.

Your commitment and participation is a very integral part of the program. I will be teaching you to ‘own your health’ and take the right decisions for your body by listening to it carefully. You will learn harmonious living by attaining balance of mind, body and spirit. 

I have done this journey for myself and currently cherishing the results of it. It’s a journey that’s worthwhile taking and I would love to be your coach.
